Welcome to Fairfax Hearing Center

Hello! This is the first of many blog posts to come. Our goal is to educate our patients as well as the public regarding issues that deal with hearing loss as well as dispelling any myths about hearing aids. We want to make our readers aware of any changes in hearing aids; keeping you abreast of new technology that appears on the market. We at the Fairfax Hearing Center hope that we can encourage those with hearing loss to take the first step towards better hearing and call to have your hearing evaluated. Hearing loss affects not only those with hearing loss but the relationships with family and friends as well. People seldom admit that they have a hearing loss. The average person takes 7 to 10 years to accept they have a hearing loss and finally do something about it. Why is that? We look forward to many discussions on our blog.
