Hearing Aid Repair

Hearing aids are tiny marvels of technology. Despite their small size, they contain a lot of sophisticated parts and perform many advanced functions every millisecond. If you suspect your hearing aids are not working properly, give our office a call. We may be able to help you over the telephone. Otherwise, we will schedule you an appointment with your Audiologist.

Your Audiologist will troubleshoot your hearing aid. The aids can often be repaired in our high-tech lab in-house.  Sometimes, the hearing aid needs to go back to the manufacturer to be repaired. This process usually takes 1-2 weeks.  There may be an associated cost if your hearing aids are not under warranty.

Loaner Hearing Aids

Our practice can often provide you a loaner hearing aid while your aid is being repaired. A loaner may look and sound different than your existing hearing aids. Our hope is that you are not inconvenienced while your hearing aid is at the “shop.”
