I wanted to get a... more recent hearing test and making the appointment was easy. I made the initial arrangements online and Claudia called me very quickly to confirm the date and time. She was lovely.In addition, I was able to have one of my hearing aids repaired. Despite the fact that I was not planning to purchase new aids from Fairfax Hearing Center, I felt that Dr. Marino's manner and professionalism was wonderful. When the time is right, I will be returning to Fairfax Hearing Center.read more

I was very... impressed with Dr. this office and Dr Marino in particular. Their building was easy to get to and offered plenty of convenient parking. The office was clean, spacious, and even offered coffee and snacks. Dr. Marino saw me right on time and took as much time as I needed to explain my options. I like that they offer a number of different hearing aid brands. Once you understand the complicit nature amongst them is setting prices it is support and customer service that sets some audiologists apart from the rest. After seeing a few of them I'm looking forward to working with this practice and Dr. Marino.read more

I was seeking out a... new audiologist in NOVA and these folks are wonderful to work with. Appointment scheduling was easy and quick, my aids were adjusted to meet my latest hearing test and they were able to make repairs and adjustments to my aids on the spot. They are a pleasure to deal with and have made my hearing so much better!read more

I needed to get ear... impressions for custom in ear monitors. They were able to schedule around my work schedule and I got in right at 8am. The staff were very nice and I was out within 30 minutes. Thanks so much!read more

They were... absolutely wonderful. My hearing aids had almost completely quit working Dr G the woman Doctor was so friendly and caring gave me an extensive Hearing test, I had been hearing this roaringsounds and was afraid I had a brain tumor Dr G told me that it was Tinnitus and that reassured me. She fixed my hearing aids much better she recalibrated my hearing aids so I could hear better and she got the roaring down to a hum. I can’t find her card. I have a young cat Max I’d never hear meow until after the appointment I would give them ten stars go you won’t regret it Riley Watersread more

I have visited a... few hearing centers, after having my hearing test. Fairfax Hearing Center fit me into their schedule easily, and quickly. Everyone I met was wonderful, and the information they provided was great.After assessing what other companies offered/said etc., I felt this was the best, and bought my hearing aid from them.I look forward to working with them in the future. Friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need.read more

The center was very... responsive to my need for an emergency appointment. I was given a thorough hearing test and ENT examination. The Doctor gave me a very good explanation and told me that I should heal naturally with time. I was extremely happy with the service. Minimal waiting time and highly professional staff.read more

I have had great... care & service from Fairfax Hearing personnel, mostly by Dr. Gina Marino, for approximately 6 years now. This includes that she went out of her way to come to the hospital after I had surgery to adjust my hearing aids at no charge! We in Fairfax County are lucky to have so professional and expert audiologists here. I would (& have) recommend them to anyone needing hearing service. JSMread more

I was taken on... time. They fixed the problem I had with my hearing aid. They also checked my warranty and discovered that it expires in 2 months. They recommended that both hearing aids should be sent for a thorough check while still under warranty. I had forgotten that I had a warranty. So, great service.read more

I have been with... the Fairfax Hearing Center for 14 years, at least. Dr. Marino is skilled in her field, personable and a great problem solver. I was having difficulty hearing low, deep voices. With her computer and other gadgets she was able to improve my hearing issue. The whole staff and receptionist are very welcoming and helpful. I am so glad I found this practice.read more
